Post-Frame Buildings

Durable, efficient post-frame construction for shops, agricultural buildings, pavilions, carports, and more — designed and built across South Carolina.

Why Post-Frame?

Post-frame construction — also widely known as pole barn or pole building construction — uses large, engineered wood columns anchored directly into the ground or onto a concrete foundation, eliminating the need for a continuous perimeter foundation. The result is a faster, more cost-effective build that’s exceptionally strong. Post-frame structures handle wide open spans without interior load-bearing walls, making them ideal for shops, barns, and shelters where clear floor space matters.

Our post-frame buildings are typically finished with steel roofing and steel siding — both extremely strong, virtually maintenance-free, and built to handle South Carolina’s heat, humidity, and storm seasons for decades. Steel panels won’t rot, won’t warp, and won’t leave you repainting every few years. The combination of post-frame structure and steel exterior is why these buildings hold up so well in the South Carolina climate — and why they’ve become one of the most popular building methods in the region.

Not all post-frame buildings are created equal. Prefab metal tube kit buildings may look cheaper on a quote sheet, but they cut corners on engineering, material quality, and long-term durability. Our post-frame buildings are fully engineered to withstand 155 mph wind speeds — built to South Carolina’s climate and code requirements using quality materials that will outlast a kit building by decades.

Shops & Garages

Shops, Garages & Workshops

A proper shop or garage isn’t a luxury — it’s one of the best investments you can make in your property. Post-frame gives you the span, the ceiling height, and the durability to build it right the first time.

Detached Garage

Whether you need a clean two-bay for vehicles or a three-bay setup with room to work, a post-frame detached garage gives you the space to actually use your property the way you want. Tall enough for lifts. Wide enough for anything you drive. Built to stay put for decades.

Stop parking outside. A detached garage built right is one of the highest-return additions you can make to a rural property.

Workshops & Storage Buildings

A purpose-built shop changes how you work. Clear-span interiors mean no posts eating into your floor space — just room for tools, benches, equipment, and serious work that doesn’t fit in a shed. Add a lean-to and you’ve got covered storage right alongside your workspace.

Craftsmen, contractors, farmers, hobbyists — anyone who works with their hands knows what a real shop means. This is that building.

Agricultural Buildings

Agricultural Buildings

Built for the demands of a working farm or rural property — not just the look of one. Any combination of hay storage, livestock housing, and equipment storage can be built into a single structure designed around how your operation actually runs.

Hay & Feed Storage

Hay left exposed to South Carolina weather doesn’t last. A properly built storage barn keeps your investment dry, ventilated, and accessible — with wide open spans for easy loading and drive-through layouts that save time every single day you run your operation.

A good hay barn pays for itself. Protect your feed, protect your herd, and stop writing off spoilage every season.

Barns

Your animals need shelter that actually works — not just four walls and a roof. Post-frame livestock barns are built for airflow, easy daily access, and the kind of durability that holds up through years of hard use. Horse stalls, cattle housing, small animal setups — designed around your animals and your routine.

A well-built livestock barn makes every morning easier. It also tells anyone who sets foot on your property that you take your operation seriously.

Equipment Storage

Farm equipment left outside ages fast in the South Carolina sun. A dedicated equipment barn protects your tractors, implements, and machinery so they’re ready when you need them — not fighting rust and UV damage year-round. Clear-span interiors sized for real equipment, not compact clearances that make you hold your breath pulling in.

Covered equipment lasts longer, breaks down less, and holds its resale value. This building pays for itself.

Pavilions, Canopies & Carports

Pavilions, Canopies & Carports

Post-frame isn’t just for barns and shops — it’s the right structure any time you need a covered space built to last through real weather.

Pavilions and Canopies

A post-frame pavilion is a real structure — engineered, anchored, and built to handle wind and weather the same as any other building we put up. Whether it’s a backyard cookout spot, a church fellowship pavilion, a company event space, or a park shelter, this is the kind of covered space that actually gets used because it’s comfortable, solid, and doesn’t feel like an afterthought.

Families, churches, companies, and parks all need somewhere to gather outside. A well-built pavilion makes your property or grounds a place people actually want to be.

Carports & Vehicle Covers

South Carolina sun is relentless — and it doesn’t just make your car hot. UV exposure cracks dashboards, fades paint, destroys interior materials, and bakes the life out of leather and vinyl over time. A post-frame carport is a permanent, engineered structure that keeps your vehicles, boat, or RV out of the sun and out of the weather — without the cost of a fully enclosed building.

The sun that ruins your paint job also kills your resale value. A carport costs less than a respray and lasts decades longer than any cover you’ll find at a big box store.
