The Process
Upload sketches, photos, inspiration images, or just describe what you have in mind. There’s no wrong way to start — we’ve worked from napkin sketches and Pinterest boards.
We convert your ideas into a full professional plan set — barndominium floor plan or post-frame building design, built to your exact specs by designers who have built these structures in the field.
You’ll receive a draft and can request any changes you need. We revise until it’s exactly right. Unlimited revisions during the design phase — we don’t move to final delivery until you sign off.
Your complete plan set is delivered straight to your inbox — everything you need to solicit contractor bids, submit for permits, and get your build started. Construction-ready PDFs formatted for printing and sharing with builders. CAD files available separately if your contractor needs editable versions.
After your plans are delivered, we don’t disappear. We’re available to answer questions from you or your contractor, clarify anything in the drawings, and help things move forward on-site. We can also provide a build estimate to the plan specifications if you want a ballpark before you start getting bids.

If your property hasn’t been cleared yet, we also offer land clearing and site preparation services throughout South Carolina — so you’re covered from day one, not just from the design phase forward.
Every custom plan is made specifically for you. All custom design sales are final. We work through unlimited revisions during the design phase and won’t issue final delivery until you’re satisfied — but once final PDFs are delivered, modifications are available for a fee.

Absolutely. We work through unlimited revision rounds during the design phase — adjusting room sizes, window placement, elevations, and layout until the plan is exactly right. You approve the final set before we issue the construction PDFs. After final delivery, modifications can be made for a fee.
The initial draft is typically ready within 7 business days. Revisions are usually turned around within 3 to 5 business days after you return feedback. Overall timeline depends on complexity, but we keep things moving.
You’ll receive PDF construction drawings ready for printing and sharing with your builder. CAD files can be purchased separately if your builder needs editable versions.
Yes. We’re available to answer questions from you or your builder, clarify details on the drawings, and provide guidance during construction. If you need modifications or additions after final delivery, we can make those for a fee.
