Can I make changes after the first draft?

Absolutely. We work iteratively with unlimited draft rounds during the design phase, refining style, elevations, room sizes, and window or door placement until your floor plan is dialed in perfectly. You’ll approve the final set before we issue construction PDFs. After delivery of the final set, modifications can be made for a fee determined at that time.

How long does the custom design process take?

The initial draft is typically ready within 7 business days. After you review and return feedback, revisions are completed in about 3 to 5 days. The overall timeline depends on the number and complexity of changes, but we work efficiently to keep your project moving without sacrificing quality.

What is your return or refund policy?

Because every custom plan is made specifically for you,all custom design sales are final. However, we’ll work with you to make sure you’re fully satisfied before final delivery.

Does BarndoSource offer support after final delivery

Yes. Our team continues to provide support even after your plans are delivered. We’re available to answer questions from you or your builder, clarify details, or provide guidance during construction. If you later decide to modify or expand your design, we can make professional revisions or add-on plans to match your needs.

What formats do I receive my finished plans in?

You’ll receive PDF construction drawings ready for printing and sharing with your builder. CAD files can be purchased separately if you or your builder need editable versions.
